The Details

When do I need to submit my logo and ad?

We prefer to receive your ad and logo along with your sponsorship information and payment. However, we can accept submissions until March 1, 2025.

If you need to send them separately, please email the content to Ben Seiter at ben.seiter144@gmail.com.

What are the ad specs?

  • Platinum & Gold: Full page 7.25” h x 4.5” w

  • Silver: Half page 3.5” h x 4.5” w

  • Bronze: Quarter page 3.5” h x 2.25” w (vertical is recommended)

  • Blossom: Submit a copy of your logo or business name and address

Logos and ads must be camera-ready in jpg, png, pdf, tiff or doc format.

What about weather cancellations?

Please note there is no rain date for the festival.

If we cancel due to weather, sponsors will be given the opportunity to transfer their monies to the 2026 festival or have their monies be counted as a charitable gift to the Wooster Square Conservancy.

There are no refunds.

Do you need an ad designed?

We can do this for an additional $100 cost.
